Decide which service you are interested in and contact our office. Resilient Life Counseling offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation which helps us both determine if we are a mutual fit. If we agree to move forward, you will make an initial appointment and will receive clinical paperwork via a secure HIPPA compliant electronic health portal. Once we review your completed paperwork, you will be contacted by our office to confirm your appointment.
You will be assessed and have an opportunity to share your goals for therapy. This is our opportunity to learn more about your concerns and vison for therapy. We will also make sure that we are good fit mutually. Referrals can be offered if needed or requested.
Clients are initially scheduled weekly or every other week. After approximately 6-8 sessions, together we will review your progress and discuss whether or not you’d like to continue at this pace. Most of our clients work at least 6-9 months on their goals.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your effective Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill with your provider. Your estimate will be discussed with you and updated based on your needs.
